Subject: Lifetime Wellness

3rd 9 weeks

This 9 weeks we will be putting games in place that your child can play and enjoy the rest of their lifes.

For example we started with crazy ball, we will also play volleyball, badminton, Ping pong, 4 square just to name a few.

Our grading was very soft in the 1st 9 weeks.  2nd we started to become more strict and now during this Semester we will not give a break.  They dress in a uniform purchased in the gym from the Coaches that brings a 100.  If they dress in white or grey  shirt and black shorts a 100 also.  If they dress top and bottom and tennis shoes,  but it is the wrong they will receive an 85.  Missing any part of the uniform gets a 70.  Nondressers get 0.

Our goal for your child is to instill the importance of exercise and show them a fun way to do it.  As we all know if Exercise isnŐt fun we want do it long.

Please email me or call the school if you have any questions regarding your childŐs progress in my class.
