Class Rules for Mrs. M. Jones |
|
In order to have a successful
learning experience, students must follow these procedures in my classroom: |
|
1. I will
treat you with respect, so you will know how to treat me.
2.
Feel free to do anything that doesnŐt cause a problem for anyone else. 3. If you cause a problem, I will ask you to solve it. 4. If you canŐt solve the problem, or choose not to, I will do
something. 5. What I do, will depend on the special
person, and the special situation. 6. If you feel
something is unfair, whisper to me, or slip me a note, ŇIŐm
not sure thatŐs fair,Ó and we will talk. 7. Always do your best. 8. Wear
clothing in compliance with the dress code. 9. Be positive role models for the sixth and seventh grade
students. CONDUCT
Students receive several warnings for behaviors
not in compliance with the expectations before receiving a consequence for
their choices. Warnings may be,
but are not limited to, visual cues, personal notes, verbal reminders,
warnings as class, and/or private conferences. * If behavior choices continue to be
problematic for the student, others, or myself, I will call or email
parents/guardians for a conference. A school conference may or may not be necessary. |
